A – In general
1. By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
2. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of all of these terms and conditions when making a purchase with Danmai Web Shop.
3. These terms and conditions can be altered from time to time – you are obliged to read them every time you make a purchase on this website.
B - Payment
1. We use Paypal to process your payment but If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay with your debit or credit card from the same page. If an item is cancelled before it is
dispatched and it has been charged, it will be refunded.
C - The contract of sale
1. On occasion, an item may be mispriced. If you purchase a mispriced item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and relist the product at the correct price.
2. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to delivery, for any reason - No contract of sales exists until you receive a mail confirming the delivery of your order.
3. The contract made between us through any transaction is governed by the laws of Sweden, using only the English language.
D - Privacy
1. We do not disclose, lease or rent any information submitted to us to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
2. We do not store your credit card information. It is processed over a secure SSL encryption system which goes through the payment provider PayPal. We do not even see it therefore
it cannot be 'hacked' from our server.
3. We use cookies to allow us to store tracking information to make your user experience better. Cookie storage includes: Items in your shopping bag, usage statistics. This information is
not shared, and is deleted after a reasonable period of time.
4. We do not send marketing emails to random personal email address (spam), however from time to time we may send newsletters and special offers to registered customer email
addresses. All of which include a facility for you to unsubscribe from such service by simply clicking on the link at the bottom. To subscribe for the newsletter, you must opt in either in
the checkout, or elsewhere on the site.
5. We may send you follow up email(s) if you do not complete the checkout process to remind you of the items in your cart.
6. All sensitive information is processed over a secure server.
7. We meet the requirements of Swedish Personal Data Act, 1998. Act. this complies with the EU Data Protection Act.

Privacy Policy
E - Security
1. Your IP is logged when placing an order. This is for reasons of fraud protection. All orders are scanned strictly for fraud by our fraud department before they are shipped. If you specify
a different shipping address to the billing address then your order may take longer as we have to perform the necessary checks. Fraudulent orders will be submitted to the appropriate
authorities.
F - Delivery
1. The delivery estimate is stated in the
Shipping and Delivery Condition. Although we endeavor to strictly adhere to this delivery estimate, during extremely busy periods it may not
be possible to meet these deadlines. In these cases you will be notified by email. Should this happen, you have the right to either continue with the order or cancel it. Furthermore
deliveries to distant locations may add days to the stipulated delivery days, we stipulate one day.
2. If there are any problems with the delivery itself or the delivery timescale, we may also offer you some form of compensation for the delay. This is generally in the form of a postage refund.
If the postage was free, we may offer you a gift voucher of your next purchase. Please note that it must first be confirmed with the delivery service to see if a delivery was late before
any such action can be taken.
3. Lost deliveries. We use Airlog for all of our deliveries for reasons of reliability and convenience. Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are very rare circumstances where
parcels do not arrive in the agreed timescale or they are lost completely. Under these circumstances, we endeavor to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by
contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel and have it delivered. You may also contact the delivery service yourself with the tracking number supplied to you in
your dispatch email. In the case of lost items, we cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost. This must be confirmed by Airlog.
4. Please note that we cannot refund orders or send replacement until it has been confirmed that the parcel is actually lost. This is because in almost every case of a delayed parcel, the
item will be delivered within the above timescales.
5. Items are usually dispatched within 1 working day, however please allow up to 2 working days for items to be delivered.
6. Please note that in a multiple occupation building, anyone in the building is allowed to sign the parcel to confirm its receipt. Airlog consider an item as delivered once a signature at the
designated address is achieved.
7. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient is at the delivery address. It is also your responsibility to get the package delivered from the one who has acknowledged receipt.
G - Prices
1. All of our prices are exclusive of VAT. For countries inside the EU where VAT applies, this will automatically be added in the checkout process.
2. Price changes are released at the end of the each month at midnight. We aim to notify you of this scheduled price change in advance on the product page. However, we may also update
prices during working hours.
3. All manufacturers generally have price increases throughout the years, due to increases in manufacturing costs and inflation. While we try to absorb as much of these costs ourselves,
these price increases are unavoidable. We always aim to notify customers of pending price increases on the product details page.
4. We do not have control over prices listed on external sites, including Google cached listings, shopping feeds or any other site. We are not obliged to provide products for any price which
is listed on an external site. We do not have control of the rate at which search engines crawl our site, and therefore the information in the search results may not be indicative of up to
date prices.
H - Returns and the cooling off period
1. Please ensure you have read our refund and returns policy and understand it fully. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
2. We offer you 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
3. Refunds are processed as promptly as possible. However returns volume is unpredictable, so therefore please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be complete.
4. Items which have been worn are not eligible under this refund policy.
5. If a visual defect is found with the item(s) on arrival (out of the box), you must notify us within 48 hours.
