REFUNDS POLICY
Returns
We offer you 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.
To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with and in the original box. Instructions, guarantee and all extras must also be returned.
You should return it to us using Special Delivery – please notice that it is your responsibility to secure that the order is fully insured. You should also record the tracking number. All cost regarding the return of your order is not refundable, but we charge no restocking fees.
All returns are inspected to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed. You card is refunded the full amount, and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees.

Complaints
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) on arrival (out of the box), you must notify us within 48 hours, please Contact Us using the contact form. Earrings or other items of pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.
When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, but please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for the refund to be processed.

Manufacturing faults is covered by the international warranty of the product.
Despite our products high quality something might be faulty or get damaged.
Please notice that the warranty does not cover if:
The product has been subjected to misuse, neglect or accidental damage.
The product has been modified.
The product marks has been defaced or removed from the products.
